Guidelines for Paper Submission

PAPER SUBMISSION PROCESS

Please note that abstract submissions have closed. You can only submit a full paper if you received an abstract acceptance email for the ARC 2019 Scientific Committee. 

 

PART 1:

  1. All papers to be submitted online.
  2. Please use the following link: http://submissions.arc2019.org/openconf.php
  3. Under the heading ‘Authors’, click on ‘Upload File’.
  4. Enter your ‘Submission ID’ as per the email received when you originally submitted your abstract.
  5. Enter your ‘Password’. This will be the password you entered when you submitted your abstract.
    1. If you forgot your password, click on ‘Forgot password?’ for assistance.
  6. Click on ‘Choose File’ and select the file you need to upload.
  7. Select the ‘Format’. You will be required to select:
    1. Microsoft Word (.doc) or
    2. Microsoft Word (.docx) or
    3. PDF (.pdf)
  8. Click on ‘Upload File’.
  9. You will receive a message to confirm that your file has been uploaded.
  10. Please note that the system cannot upload files bigger than 20MB. Please try to keep your paper below 20MB. If this is not possible, please notify us by sending an email to info@arc2019.org.
  11. IMPORTANT TO PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU USE THE PAPER TEMPLATE PROVIDED.

PART 2:

You will also be required to update your topic group. (Please note that even if you agree to the group your paper has been allocated you are still required to complete the following steps as well).

  1. Go to: http://submissions.arc2019.org
  2. Under the heading ‘Authors’, click on ‘Edit Submission’
  3. Enter your ‘Submission ID’
  4. Enter your ‘Password’
  5. If you forgot your password, click on ‘Forgot password?’ for assistance
  6. Scroll down to ‘Topic Areas’ and select the appropriate topic.
  7. Press ‘Submit Changes’ at the bottom of the page.
